Alumni and students united around marketing innovation
The ESCA Alumni network continues to shine through its laureates' commitment to students. At the Mix & Meet educational competition, three prizewinners distinguished themselves by taking part in the jury alongside our professors Dr Kenza El Badia and Dr Chaimae Hathout.
-
Nezar Nejjari, Class of 2024 winner
-
Oumaima Karimallah, class of 2016 winner
-
Idriss Alaoui Mhammedi, winner of the class of 2022
A demanding and creative educational competition
Mix & Meet is based on a simple yet stimulating principle: confront students with a life-size marketing challenge. Divided into groups, they had to :
-
Identify an unmet need among a specific target group,
-
Design a tangible, innovative product (prototype, mock-up or packaging),
-
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy based on the 4Ps: Product, Price, Distribution and Communication.
Projects were presented in two formats: a "Fair"-style exhibition, where teams had their own stand to defend their concept, and oral presentations to the jury.
The valuable contribution of our prizewinners
Beyond the evaluation, Nezar, Oumaima and Idriss were above all able to pass on to the students concrete advice, a critical but benevolent eye, and a dose of inspiration. Their feedback brought the academic exercise closer to professional reality, and provided the students with an enriching experience.
A fine example of Alumni spirit
The participation of our graduates illustrates the strength of our community: an intergenerational bond where each, in his or her own way, contributes to the development of future graduating classes. Their availability and commitment testify to the willingness to share that makes the ESCA Alumni network so rich.
Many thanks to Nezar, Oumaima and Idriss for embodying the spirit of transmission and inspiration that drives our school during this competition.
