Our Laureates in the spotlight: Leadership and shared ambition - A Masterclass by ESCA Alumni

On Saturday April 26, the ESCA campus hosted an exclusive Masterclass dedicated to our prizewinners, on the theme of Feminine Leadership.

Hosted by Mr. Thami Ghorfi, Professor of Strategy and Leadership and President of ESCA École de Management, this session gave our graduates the opportunity to reflect deeply on their posture, their impact and their role in the transformation of the professional world. Mr. Ghorfi's presentation combined strategic insight, a human perspective and a close relationship with the participants.

This Masterclass is one of a series of initiatives undertaken by the ESCA Alumni network to offer its members high value-added meetings combining inspiring content, skills enhancement and conviviality.

But beyond the content, this morning was also an opportunity to strengthen ties between graduates, to encourage the exchange of experiences, and to cultivate what makes the ESCA community so rich: unique trajectories brought together by a common identity and shared ambitions.

Through this type of event, the Alumni network affirms its desire to offer dynamic and exclusive formats, serving the professional and personal development of its members.
